Single Room Redesign Redesign means possibly using furnishings, art and accessories that you have available throughout your home. We might move furniture etc. from one room to another, reconfigure space, suggest painting prior to redesign day, then supplement with new items as needed, creating a fresh, new looking room. After an initial consult, we come prepared to take over and redesign your room in one single day. Required: 1 hour in-home design consult prior to Full Day Redesign to prepare and plan. $550 design fee/Room
Full Service Complete Home Redesign Give your entire home a light facelift without major surgery (cost). Similar to Single Room Design, we consider using your current furnishings, art and accessories throughout your home. At consult, we discuss your style and direction you would like to see. After an initial consult, we come prepared to take over and redesign your home. We move furniture etc. from one room to another, reconfigure space, then supplement with new items as needed, creating a fresh, new looking room. Cost evaluated at consult.
Full Service Room Design This is for the homeowner who has an unfurnished room or wants to empty and start fresh. We chat about style, color, what you are drawn to, and plan a room that feels like home. It may include entire kitchen and/or baths renovations. We start form scratch together and create a personal space where you feel at home. Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Sourcing, Purchasing. Cost varies per project.
Commercial Office Redesign Give your entire office a light facelift without major surgery (cost). Similar to Single Room Design, we consider using your current furnishings, art and accessories throughout your office, then purchase what is needed. After an initial consult, we come prepared to take over and redesign your office.
Design for Home Staging
Complimentary Phone Consultation First, we will ask several questions about your home and, if possible, ask you to send us photos and floor plan. We will discuss the ways in which you can use our services.
In-Person Design Consult (Or Virtual) Next, we will get you know you a bit and you will give the attending designer a tour of your home. Then, the designer, using a buyers eye, will give you a tour of your home while making suggestions of what work needs to be done. A written report, may be included for an extra fee or you may take notes during the tour to use later for reference. You will be given homework to finish before we arrive on Staging Day. That may include things such as painting, landscaping or cleaning. Most often your realtor will pay for this service.
Sourcing After consult, a designer will source accessories to modernize and freshen your already furnished space or source small furnishings, such as a side table to fill in gaps. Will install on Staging Day.
Room Rental You may have a room(s) that needs to be redone or is vacant already. Complete room rentals, including art, rugs, furniture and accessories are available. Will install on Staging Day.
Staging Day Ah! Staging day is a whirlwind of change. Our team will arrive with everything required to transform your home into a selling powerhouse. It will be stunningly ready for professionally photographing, listing on the MLS and ready to receive eager buyers at your open house. Cha ching!
Staging for Photography Day Only After an in-home design consult, a designer will come prepared with accessories and artwork that we own to add some pop to your photographs. They arrive a few hours before photographers, and de-stage when photography is complete. Your MLS photos will look amazing, drawing in buyers.
